Royalty Free

Every illustration purchased comes with our royalty free license. Vectoons, hereinafter referred to as the Licensor, grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and create derivative works from, and publish illustrations.

Our Royalty Free License gives you the right to use the artwork for:

• Print media, including text books, newspapers, magazines, journals, reports, directories
• For non-commercial, personal, non-profit use
• Advertising and promotional materials, including brochures, ads, product packaging, book covers, and other printed collateral materials
• Websites and blogs
• For educational use including classroom lectures, instruction or student projects
• Software applications
• Broadcast, theatrical and video productions
• Products for resale provided the cartoon illustration is not the primary element of the product

You do not have rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer free downloads of our vector cartoons in their present form or in a modified form to any third party.

You do not have rights to use the illustrations on print-on-demand websites like cafepress.com, zazzle.com, spreadshirt.net, etc.

You do not have rights to use the illustrations as your logo, whether for personal, non-profit or commercial use.

The Licensor retains all copyright including the ability to distribute it, or allow redistribution.
